Pluots are a cross between a plum cot (Plum x Apricot) and a plum. They are inter-fruitful with each other or can be cross-pollinated with Beauty, Burgundy or Santa Rosa plums. These varieties are sub-acid, have wonderful flavor and represent the very finest in fruit tree breeding.
