¾ cup tarragon vinegar |

2 tablespoons water |
| |
|
1 ½ tsp salt |
| |
|
Dash fresh ground pepper |
| |
|
1 large sweet onion, diced large |
| |
|
½ cup salad oil |
| |
|
1 tablespoon sugar |
| |
|
1 lb. fresh mushrooms (small, whole) |
| |
|
Dash of Tabasco (to taste) |
| |
|
1 garlic clove, minced |
|
Mix all items and store in refrigerator for 24 hours. Great as an appetizer, side dish with meat
or
just a snack! |

*Tip: Make sure to use sweet onions like Texas Sweet or Vidalia. It’s a toss up if the
mushrooms or the onions are the real treat here! |
